    		 It is a road surface macrotexture profiler using CCD laser displacement sensor. The Circular Track Meter is designed to measure the same circular track on which the dynamic friction coefficient is measured by DF tester. The C.T. Meter reports the MPD (Mean Profile Depth) and the RMS (Root Mean Square), with which IFI (International Frection Index) can be calculated in combination with the DF tester.
