After the active material slurry is applied to the current collector (aluminum foil or copper foil), the solvent is skipped and dried to enhance the binding force between the current collector and the active material.
Drying the electrodes as rolls shortens manufacturing time and reduces overall production costs.
This vacuum dryer has a manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated version (using the robot arm and conveyor belt).
