Overview
The elastic effect of the PVA sponge automatically aligns the cutting edges of the abrasive grains, leaving no deep scratches on the object to be polished, making it possible to obtain an extremely uniform and highly accurate finished surface.
The continuous pores of the PVA sponge (average porosity 50-80%, general abrasive 30-50%) suppresses heat generation and clogging during polishing. Grinding materials can be polished. In addition, by changing the properties of the binder, it is possible to optimize it for various uses. Simplifies conventional lapping and buffing work. It shortens the processing time and omits processes.
