After the active material slurry is applied to the current collector (aluminum foil, copper foil), the solvent is removed and dried to strengthen the binding force between the current collector and the active material.
Drying the electrodes as rolls reduces manufacturing time and overall production costs.
This vacuum dryer is available in manual, semi-automatic and fully automated (using robot arms and conveyor belts) versions.
